What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Research Engineer, Transceiver position at SOLiD Gear Inc?
We seek a highly motivated and technically qualified individual to join our NTIA NOFO 2 SRFA 1 Development Team.
The Senior Research Engineer, Transceiver will oversee the Hardware development.
This position will work closely with System, Hardware, and Software engineers.
Travel : Up to 20% as required

Reporting to the Principal Research Engineer, Transceiver, this position is a key contributor to SOLiD's continued growth and success.
Duties will include the following :
Responsibilities
- Circuit design and PCB verification for radio equipment
- Support system integrity test and debugging
- Hardware verification per module : Power, Clock, RF, Controller Peripheral
- Set up hardware verification environment, including installing verification and measurement tools
- Follow up EMC / FCC certificate test and analyze the cause of problematic results
- For a given circuit design, modify a module for new features
