Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Commercial Service Technician to join a professional service team. This role is ideal for a technician with a minimum of 5 years of commercial HVAC experience, especially someone who excels in diagnosing, servicing, and repairing commercial HVAC systems. You'll play a key role in maintaining critical HVAC infrastructure for commercial clients, ensuring comfort, efficiency, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, chillers, boilers, air handlers, and control systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex system issues using advanced tools and your own technical expertise
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain findings, outline recommended repairs, and provide estimates when needed
- Document service reports clearly and accurately, including time spent, parts used, and work performed
- Work safely and efficiently, following all industry and site-specific safety guidelines
- Keep up with new technology, industry updates, and best practices through ongoing training
Qualifications:
- 5 years of hands-on commercial HVAC service experience (required)
- EPA Certification is a strong plus, but not a deal breaker
- Solid understanding of HVAC systems, including mechanical and electrical components
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and blueprints
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills

- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a variety of physical environments
