ABOUT THE ROLE :
The Superintendent, is responsible for overseeing and managing electrical projects from inception to completion. Your primary objective will be to ensure the successful execution of electrical projects, including planning, organizing, and coordinating activities related to design, installation, testing, and commissioning. You will collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Customer Service :
Respond to customer needs in a timely manner - same day response either by phone or email.
Create and manage overall project schedule (Capacity Overview) and update as required or monthly at minimum
Ensure project and Company safety measures and practices are followed at all times
Coordinate major buyouts for projects with Pre-Award and Supply Chain
Manage day to day tasks of assigned Project Engineers
Pre-Award
Perform budget / scope review with sales team prior to project turn over
Set up and facilitate weekly design meetings
Review and maintain job cost
