What are the responsibilities and job description for the Foreman Technician/Structured Cabling- PW position at SOLID Personnel?
A strong foreman is needed to oversee a crew, communicate effectively with prison officials, manage the team, delegate tasks, provide daily reports, and be comfortable working in a prison setting. The responsibilities include team leadership & client/contractor coordination
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of technicians in the installation and maintenance of low voltage systems
- Coordinate project timelines and resources to meet deadlines
- Manage the team, lay our job duties, provide daily reports
- Upgrade cameras
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
Qualifications:
-Five years of experience in low voltage systems installation and maintenance
-Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role
-Strong technical knowledge of low voltage systems and equipment- Excellent communication and organizational skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
-Must be able to pass a background check.
-NO Felonies at all or Misdemeanors, or DUIS.( VERY STRICT PRISON CLEARANCE)
-Must be able to be comfortable working in prisons.
We are open to travelers- Hotel and per diem will be provided
Duration: About 2 – 3 months
Salary : $61 - $62
