- Utilize software tools such as Bluebeam and HeavyBid for project management and construction estimating tasks.
- Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory management.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of construction site practices and safety protocols.
