What You'll Be Doing:
- Coordinating claims from intake through completion
- Communicating with homeowners, adjusters, TPAs, and internal teams
- Keeping claim files updated and organized using industry-standard platforms
- Supporting field staff with accurate documentation and communication
- Experience with TPA programs including:
- Contractor Connection
- Alacrity
- Sedgwick
- Accuserve
- Proficient in Xactanalysis and Dash by Corelogic
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and follow-up
- Solid understanding of the insurance restoration process
