Business Litigation Attorney – Indianapolis, IN
Solid Rock Recruiting is seeking a motivated and experienced Litigation Associate to join a growing practice in Indianapolis, IN. This is an opportunity to work on complex and sophisticated litigation matters from start to resolution. The ideal candidate is experienced in handling litigation cases, possesses strong analytical and writing skills, and is committed to providing excellent client service. Judicial clerkship experience is preferred but not required.
This position offers a combination of in-office and remote work, depending on case and workload demands. Competitive compensation is based on individual performance, with potential bonus opportunities. A comprehensive employee benefits package is also available.
Responsibilities
- Manage litigation cases on a day-to-day basis, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and preparing motions and briefs.
- Take and defend fact witness depositions with minimal supervision.
- Work collaboratively with a team to develop litigation strategies that align with client objectives.
- Demonstrate strong legal research, writing, and communication skills.
