Litigation Paralegal – Full-Time | Atlanta, GA

About the Role
As a Litigation Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting attorneys with case management, discovery, and trial preparation. Billing and discovery experience are required; insurance defense experience is a plus. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing practice.
Key Responsibilities
Manage discovery processes, including document production and organization
Prepare and electronically file legal documents in Georgia state and federal courts
Conduct legal research and draft correspondence, pleadings, and reports
Track and manage case deadlines using docketing systems
Assist attorneys with hearings, depositions, and trial preparation
Organize and maintain case files with strong attention to detail
Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
Assist with billing and timekeeping requirements
Skills & Qualifications
3 years of litigation experience (insurance defense preferred)
Strong knowledge of electronic filing procedures in Georgia courts
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and PDF tools (Adobe Pro or Nuance)
Experience with iManage (preferred, but not required)
Paralegal Certificate is preferred but not required
