Position: Commercial Estimator
The Opportunity:
Join an established industry leader specializing in high-end commercial projects. As their Estimator, you'll play a crucial role in bidding on significant projects valued at up to $7MM.
What You'll Do:
- Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for commercial construction packages.
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to gather essential project details.
- Utilize software to perform detailed quantity takeoffs and cost analysis.
- Analyze project specifications and drawings to ensure comprehensive bid proposals.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as an Estimator in the commercial construction industry.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
