Litigation Attorney

A regional Am 200 law firm is seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to join its Birmingham, Alabama office. This position is within the firm’s growing Litigation Practice Group and requires 4-6 years of litigation experience. The preferred candidate will have a strong background in handling medical negligence cases.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing with the Alabama State Bar (or ability to obtain admission)
• 4-6 years of litigation experience, with a focus on medical negligence preferred
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
