Project Manager - Remote

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. **Key Responsibilities: ** - Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. - Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

• Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules, including resource allocation, timelines, and milestones. - Coordinate and manage project resources, including team members, subcontractors, and vendors. - Utilize Comsense software to manage and track project details, costs, and progress. - Ensure all projects adhere to building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Prepare and present regular project updates, status reports, and performance analysis to stakeholders. - Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project teams and stakeholders. - Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. - Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.

**Qualifications: ** - Bachelor?s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the construction or building materials industry. - Proficiency in Comsense software is required. - Strong knowledge of doors, frames, and hardware products and their applications.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. - Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
