Role Overview
We are seeking a Commercial Drywall Project Manager to lead multiple commercial drywall projects from pre-construction through completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans, as well as coordinating with general contractors, architects, and other trade partners.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate with general contractors, architects, and other trade partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders, to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of commercial drywall project management experience, a proven track record managing projects ranging from $500K to $8M, proficiency in construction management software (OST/QB), and strong leadership skills.
