Tax ManagerWe are a boutique CPA firm with high-net-worth clients seeking an experienced tax
professional to join our growing team.
Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of tax experience in regional and/or
national firms.
Position RequirementsReview tax returns of S-corporations, C-corporations, partnerships/LLCs, individuals,
trust, gift, and estate
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of GAAP, tax basis, and cash basis accounting
Ability to take initiative to complete projects in an efficient and timely manner
Position requires working in the office with the team
PreferencesCPA
Experience communicating with IRS and other taxing authorities
Mergers and Acquisitions experience
Attestation engagement experience
Tax planning and forecasting experience
