Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional tax compliance and planning services to a diverse client portfolio

• Lead engagement teams and supervise the preparation and review of federal and state tax returns

• Serve as a mentor and resource to junior staff, providing guidance and performance feedback

• Research complex tax issues and provide clear documentation and recommendations

• Collaborate with partners and senior leadership to identify opportunities for additional client service

Ideal Candidate:

• CPA license required

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field

• 5 years of progressive tax experience in public accounting

• Solid foundation in individual, partnership, and corporate tax

• Strong leadership and communication skills; comfortable mentoring and managing teams

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
