Day Cab Driver
As a Day Cab Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods while adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies. Reporting to the Safety and Fleet Manager your role requires strong driving skills, including experience with commercial vehicles and Day Cab. You will utilize your communication skills to coordinate with dispatch and ensure timely pick up and deliveries. Your mechanical knowledge will aid in performing routine vehicle inspections. With a focus on safety and efficiency, you will contribute to our commitment to excellent service and reliability in the transportation industry.
Duties:
- Operate Day Cab transporting materials to and from construction sites
-Day Cab experience REQUIRED.
- Follow safety procedures and regulations while operating Day Cab.
- Inspect the truck before and after each trip to ensure it is in proper working condition.
- Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain accurate records of materials transported and miles driven.
Skills:
- Commercial driving experience with a valid CDL license (class A).
- Proficient in operating Day Cab.
- Mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on the Day Cab.
- Ability to work independently and follow directions accurately is a MUST.
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors is a MUST.

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
