Solid Slice is looking for a bubbly and attentive, restaurant experienced Server! This is a Full Time position Wednesday thru Sunday. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a pleasant and exceptional dining experience. We are looking for someone who will be a team player with the Front and Back of House flow of operations, and will genuinely care about upholding the high level of integrity and standards of our business.
**Duties Include:**
- Greet guests promptly and provide a warm welcome
- Take orders and operate POS system
- Ensure the efficient delivery of food and drinks to guests
- Handle cash and operate a cash register accurately
- Provide guests with information on menu items and make recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Manage tables effectively, ensuring a smooth service
- Handle food preparation and presentation according to our standards
- Upsell and promote special deals and menu items
- Work effectively with other members of the restaurant team

**Requirements:**
- Prior restaurant experience as a restaurant Server
- Excellent communication and guest relations skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food handling and preparation procedures
- Basic math skills to handle cash transactions accurately
- Familiarity with Toast POS systems a plus
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- A friendly and approachable demeanor
