SSDI is hiring an experienced Quality Control Inspector to join the Quality Team!
Duties and Accountabilities:
Oral: Able to follow verbal instructions and effectively communicate with co-workers and supervisory staff.
Written: Must be able to follow written manufacturing instructions and maintain manufacturing documentation.
Interpersonal Skills: Able to interact with co-workers and supervisory staff.
Education: Associate Degree (Quality Assurance) or 2-4 years of working experience
Experience: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) skills are required. Knowledge of Production Control or Material Requirements Packaging preferred but not required.
Schedule: Full-time / Monday - Friday / 7:00am-3:30pm
Salary: $20.00 - $22.50 per hour / Bi-Weekly Pay Schedule (Direct Deposit Available)

SSDI is hiring an experienced Quality Control Inspector to join the Quality Team!
Duties and Accountabilities:
- Must have prior experience in testing of electrical components and assemblies.
- Must have prior knowledge of basic test equipment such as power supplies, scopes, meters, and automatic testing.
- Responsible for scheduling and processing products requiring conformance inspection (CI) testing
- Maintain the production schedule while performing conformance testing
- Basic knowledge, understanding, and ability to perform the general types of inspection (visual, mechanical, electrical)
- Perform data reviews for jobs
- Must have basic computer skills and be familiar with Excel
- Perform daily internal equipment calibration
- Handle non-conforming product in accordance with company procedure
- Able to understand the applicable inspection criteria as defined in a Mil-Std and/or internal procedure or workmanship standard
- Able to read and understand blueprint / drawing requirements
