Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead our commercial structural projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of projects from conception through to completion, with a strong emphasis on client satisfaction, project efficiency, and adherence to engineering standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership:
- Oversee all aspects of commercial structural projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Client Management:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and ensuring project deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
- Present project proposals, timelines, and budgets to clients, securing their approval and trust.
- Project Planning and Execution:
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project designs meet structural requirements and client specifications.
- Manage project schedules, resources, and subcontractors, ensuring all work is aligned with the projects critical path.
- Engineering and Design Insight:
- Review and interpret engineering designs, ensuring that construction methodologies align with design intent.
- Collaborate with design teams to resolve any issues related to structural integrity, material selection, or construction methods.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential project risks early and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Financial Oversight:
- Monitor project costs, manage budgets, and ensure financial reporting is accurate and timely.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
