Job Overview:

As a Crew Lead in fiberglass pool construction, your primary focus will be to oversee the timely and efficient installation of fiberglass pools, ensuring that projects are completed on schedule while maintaining the highest standards of quality. You will lead a team, manage site operations, and ensure smooth coordination across all stages of pool installation, from excavation to final inspection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure Timely Installations: Oversee the timely installation of fiberglass pools, ensuring each project is completed according to the established schedule.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of skilled workers to maintain high productivity levels while adhering to safety protocols.
• Efficient Site Management: Ensure daily operations run smoothly, including managing material deliveries, tool availability, and minimizing delays.
• Quality Control: Maintain a focus on high-quality installations, ensuring that every pool meets client specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues that may cause delays in the project timeline, ensuring minimal disruption to the schedule.
• Communication: Regularly communicate with project managers and clients to provide updates on progress, highlight any potential delays, and offer solutions to stay on track.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure that safety standards are maintained at all times to protect the crew and ensure efficient workflow.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years in fiberglass pool construction or a similar role, with previous leadership experience.
• Technical Knowledge: Expertise in fiberglass pool installation, with an understanding of the unique challenges and requirements associated with these types of pools.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead a team, delegate tasks, and keep the project on schedule while maintaining high-quality work.
• Time Management: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
• Problem-Solving: Quick thinking and the ability to resolve issues efficiently to avoid project delays.
• Physical Ability: Ability to lift and carry materials up to 80 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous focus on the quality of work and timely completion.
