Crew Leaders provide on-the-ground leadership to our Shift Leaders and Technicians by using their expertise to manage complex, multi-day projects to deliver the highest quality of preventative maintenance and restoration services for floor coverings and architectural surfaces in some of the most impressive commercial facilities in the world. The Crew Leader is the most capable field employee capable of trouble-shooting problems as they occur. They are skilled reading surface conditions, staging equipment and personnel, and maintaining organization and supervision of work teams to complete each job. The candidate should punctual, have a smart appearance, be an excellent communicator and have a proven history of leading teams in similar environments.
