- Operate a variety of heavy-duty vehicles, including garbage trucks and roll-off containers.
- Collect and transport refuse and recyclables from residential and commercial properties.
- Supervise and train junior staff members on proper collection procedures and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of collections, including route information and vehicle maintenance schedules.
**Requirements:**
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Class B minimum.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software systems.
