The Customer Service Representative I plays a vital role in supporting the Solid Waste Disposal Authority of Baldwin Co AL's mission to provide efficient and effective waste management services to the community. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining accurate billing and collection records.\

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries regarding account status, payments, and services.\
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, procedures, and regulations to effectively resolve customer concerns.\
* Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.\
* Collaborate with internal teams to address customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.\
* Analyze and report trends in customer complaints and suggest improvements to processes and procedures.\
* Identify and escalate complex customer issues to senior staff members as needed.\
* Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience.\
\Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent.\
* One year of customer-facing experience.\
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.\
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or similar software.\
