This full-time position requires individuals with strong manual labor skills, who are able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, driving trucks and light tractors, and operating equipment as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks such as mowing grass, pruning shrubs, and removing trash from SWDA property.
- Drive pick-ups on light hauls and operate small tractor, mower, truck/vehicle that does not require CDL.
- Perform general daily maintenance on equipment, including but not limited to greasing and fueling heavy equipment.
- Details trucks and equipment.
Requirements
- Basic skills in the operation, maintenance and safe use of trucks and light tractors.
- Basic knowledge of traffic rules and regulations.
- Knowledge of safety rules, including accident causes and prevention.
- Able to maintain effective working relationships with associates and general public.
- Able to effectively communicate in a courteous manner.
