Full-Time Marketing and Social Media Manager
Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing and Social Media Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for our two in-house brands. This role will collaborate closely with our in-house design team to create impactful campaigns that resonate with our target audiences. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, skilled in email marketing, promotional planning, and social media management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
- Social Media Management: Design, schedule, and manage content across all social media platforms to ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity.
- Email Campaigns: Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Promotions: Plan and execute promotional campaigns to support product launches, seasonal events, and special offers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the in-house design team to develop creative assets that align with brand guidelines.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing and social media campaigns to optimize results and inform future strategies.
- Brand Growth: Stay updated on market trends, customer behavior, and industry best practices to identify new opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
