We provide face-to-face communication for our clients which maximizes reach to their target consumers as well as customer satisfaction. The Position:
Sales Account Managers are tasked with identifying the needs of our client's customers and informing them of the best products and services available. Reps are trained in all necessary areas such as reporting, tracking meetings, up-selling, product knowledge, and compliance requirements. Candidates must be comfortable and confident (through training and development) conducting meetings for the team and presentations to potential/existing customers. Individuals must be solution oriented and always keep the best interest of our customers in mind. Strong people/communication skills are key.
A college degree is not required. Candidates must be able to pass a background check, drug screen, and be able to commute to territory locations.
This is a full time position and carries a set schedule: Monday through Friday 12pm-8pm with all major holidays off.
Extensive paid training is provided upon hire. Reps are paid weekly.
In summation, Sales Account Managers will:
- Learn the foundation of our business: sales & direct marketing
- Consult face-to-face with customers within an account territory
- Learn how to identify customer needs and assist with product inquiries to ensure customers understand our client's products/services
- Source new business through prospecting new customers, managing leads, and mapping territory
- Have one-on-one interactions with customers and give presentations
- Identify and classify sales opportunities
- Participate in training sessions, conference calls, and sales meetings
