Qualifications

At least 3 years experience as Quality Assurance or Quality Control officer.

With experience working in a manufacturing company.

Knowledgeable in GMP and HACCP standards in a plus.

Amenable to work in Guiginto Bulacan

Duties and Responsibilities

Reports directly to Plant Superintendent.

Receives Approved Job Order (JO) from Operations Manager.

Ensures, implement and performs Quality checking to all products being produced as referred and specified from the approved HACCP Manual.

Conducts monitoring activities of all parameters covered from the approved HACCP Manual.

Prepares Purchase Requisition of Raw Materials and other consumables required for Plant operations.

Monitors daily inventory of Raw Materials and Finished Goods Inventory.

Conducts receiving and quality checking of all incoming deliveries of Raw materials.

Conducts issuance of Raw Materials required by production.

Ensures proper coordination with all other Sections that pertains to product quality and other issues.

Fill up and submit Daily Inventory and Process Quality Reports.

Monitors daily materials consumptions, e.g.

ink, glue and other consumables.

Submits process improvement proposals to Management if there is any.

Ensures and implements proper usage of small measuring equipment.
Ensures and implements Safety and proper housekeeping of workplace at all time.
Follows all Instructions, Guidelines and Procedures as per Approved HACCP Principles and Standards.
Performs other duties / functions as may be assigned at any given time.
Salary
Php14,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
