[solidcore] is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Media to join our dynamic team at our HQ in Arlington, Virginia. We are a fast-paced, innovative company looking for an experienced media manager to partner with internal teams and partner agencies to drive overall growth and success of studios across the United States. This position will collaborate with cross-functional teams and is accountable for, in partnership with managing agencies, all paid media channels. The role reports into the Growth Marketing Director.
This role will understand the company goals and adjust digital strategy accordingly, consistently driving growth across all markets. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with a strong interest in fitness and/or familiarity with the brand, as well as a mind for strategy, implementation, and measurement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee management and flawless execution of partner agencies, ensuring priorities are clear, data is validated, performance is tracked and goals are achieved.
- Manage paid marketing across various channels, including but not limited to paid search, paid social, display/video, audio, CTV, OOH and affiliate.
- Allocate and manage budget effectively, ensuring performance is maximized across tactics/channels and optimizing changes fluidly based on business needs.
- Collaborate closely with agencies & internal creative resources to ensure creative is optimized by channel/objective/audience/format for campaign launches, following best practices.
- Partner with Digital team to refine landing pages to enhance user engagement and conversion.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify trends, insights and opportunities that can be actioned on; brief the relevant teams to implement and measure new tactics, content, initiatives and adapt quickly to optimize.
- Stay abreast of emerging marketing channels, tactics and technologies, implementing tests & ensuring results are disseminated and iterated on.
- Maintain close partnership with Sales, Digital, Brand, Studio Operations, CRM, Organic Social, Analytics, Influencer, and more to ensure 360 implementation.
- Growth lead for new studio openings (~30 per year) ensuring all channels are activated when needed, maintaining updates to timeline and updating agency/internal resources to reach membership goals.
- Able to pull and analyze paid media data across channels with actionable recommendations & insights to key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 4-6 years of experience at a media agency or in house paid marketing team
- Skills:
- Highly familiar with Google, Meta, TikTok
- Highly familiar with audiences (1P, 2P, 3P) and best practices
- Experience with Snapchat, The Trade Desk/DV360, CTV, Audio, OOH, Affiliate a plus
- Experience with social listening tools (e.g. Talkwalker or similar) a plus
- Familiar with web and data analytics tools such as Tableau, Looker, Google Analytics
- Familiar with incrementality testing, brand lift & performance media measurement
- Initiative, a self-starter who looks for areas needing improvement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
