This hybrid position requires three days per week in-office at our HQ in Arlington, VA, reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing, investor-backed organization striving to be the leader in the studio fitness industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a powerhouse team of recruiters and drive performance to new heights.
- Design and execute cutting-edge talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier talent.
- Oversee hiring for coaches, field leadership, and corporate roles with precision and speed.
- Take charge of new studio openings, ensuring smooth hiring and weekly updates to leadership.
- Partner with hiring managers to build strategic workforce plans and seamless hiring experiences.
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process with a candidate-first mindset, from attraction to onboarding.
- Use data-driven insights to refine hiring strategies and optimize recruitment success.
- Build strong relationships with industry leaders, universities, and community partners.
- Champion DEIB initiatives to create a hiring process that is inclusive and equitable.
- Implement cutting-edge recruitment technology to streamline efficiency and engagement.
- Coach hiring managers on best practices, interview techniques, and bias-free recruiting.
- Stay ahead of market trends and industry innovations to keep our hiring game strong.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of talent acquisition experience in high-growth, multi-site organizations.
- 2 years in TA management with proven people leadership experience.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing future leaders.
- Partner closely with field leadership, HR, and cross-functional teams for business success.
- Sharp analytical skills to interpret data and drive strategic hiring decisions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, 365) for data-driven insights.
- Exceptional communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Expertise in ATS/HRIS and Boolean searches on LinkedIn, really, and social platforms.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and influencing across the organization.
