Sales Representative

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base through effective lead generation and territory management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of technology sales, particularly in software solutions, and have the ability to analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities. Fluency in Spanish is a plus, as it will enhance communication with a broader range of clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and build relationships with potential clients.
• Manage assigned territory effectively to maximize sales opportunities.
• Analyze customer needs and tailor solutions that meet their requirements.
• Engage in inside sales activities, including presentations and product demonstrations.
• Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and reporting sales activities.
• Collaborate with the business development team to strategize on market penetration and growth.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technology sales or software sales is preferred.
• Strong skills in lead generation and territory management.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in Spanish is an advantage.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a passion for achieving results.
• Previous experience in inside sales or business development is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
