Job Overview
Solidigm is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Remote Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies, cross-functional team leadership, and a track record of successfully managing complex projects in the technology sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for strategic initiatives, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and proactively manage risks and issues.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, sales, and operations, to drive alignment and execution.
- Monitor project performance, report status updates, and provide solutions for any roadblocks.
- Implement Agile or other project management methodologies to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Foster strong communication and collaboration across global teams.
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices and company standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the tech or semiconductor industry.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and other project management frameworks.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project).
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
