Job Description
Assists in providing technical support for one or many product(s) and / or product family. Responsibilities may include :
- Participating in new product development.
- Representing the customers' technical needs.
- Creating competitive analysis from a technical perspective.
- Developing and presenting technical product training materials.
- Working with the sales team to help resolve customers' technical questions.
- Participating in customers' visits and presentations.
- Owning creation and maintenance of data sheets and application notes.
- Acting as technical experts, consultants, analysts, and program managers.
- Responding to customer / client requests or events as they occur.
- Developing solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment.

For California, Colorado, New York, Washington, and remote roles : The compensation range for this role is $130,190 to $232,630. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
