Due to our incredible growth plans, SolidProfessor is adding an Sr. Full Stack Engineer to our team who will work as a key contributor within a Pod-based team, responsible for driving technical excellence and delivering high-quality software solutions. This role combines technical leadership, mentorship, and hands-on development, including defining and implementing processes that enhance efficiency. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver and a natural mentor, committed to continuous improvement and delivering exceptional outcomes. The Senior Full Stack Engineer will also lead the team through large-scale project implementation, act as a thought leader, and contribute to improving team practices. They will foster a collaborative environment and ensure technical solutions align with business goals. Additionally, the Senior Full Stack Engineer will help their team build solutions that align with industry best practices and drive the company's mission forward.

SolidProfessor has determined that the annual new hire range for this role is between $113,000 and $143,900. Your base pay will be based on a number of factors, including knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Since we appreciate transparency, we are sharing that we expect to hire for this position up to mid-range (dependent on experience / location), which will allow you the opportunity to progress as you grow in your career.
