The Construction Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for various commercial construction projects throughout our current market. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in construction estimating software, and excellent communication abilities.
Key responsibilities include conceptualizing schematic plans, assembling budgetary estimates, reviewing project documents, executing quantity take-offs, soliciting subcontractors'/vendors' bids, verifying scope accuracy, preparing analysis reports, organizing documents, and performing other estimating tasks as assigned.
