Job Description
This candidate should be growth and detail-oriented, a good communicator, and passionate about all aspects of the design process. You must be a team player and able to work in a collaborative environment, blending creative talent with industry knowledge. Great technology and interior design skills and a minimum of five years of experience and expertise in renovations and ground-up construction projects are necessary.
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, or related field experience. CIDQ, or NCIDQ preferred.
- Minimum five years of interior design experience in retail and corporate interior projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Formz, InDesign, Enscape
- Must have knowledge of interior / architectural vendors such as flooring, furniture, window treatments, etc.
- Experience in custom millwork and casework designs
- Experience with C-Suite level presentations and client interface.
- Attention to detail, highly organized, and able to multi-task.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work as a part of a team, including branding and construction.
- Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and well-disciplined.
- Ability to work with budgets and deadlines.
- Ability to provide weekly project updates.
