OUR JOB DESCRIPTION
You will go door to door, to potential customers' homes, collect some basic information, and set an appointment for a solar consultant to return.
Simple.
As energy and gas prices rise and inflation soars, it is a no-brainer for most homeowners to save money while saving the environment. The solar industry has grown 167% over the last decade in the United Staes and continues to grow exponentially. This is why so many people are friend-zoning their power company.
We provide plenty of room for advancement in management roles and opportunities for competitive people like yourself to move up quickly! This is a difficult job but it is simple. This is why we get paid so well.
No experience is required!
You do not need prior marketing or sales experience. We will train you to succeed in this booming industry today! We offer 4-8 hour shifts and many production based incentives and bonuses. This is a commission based job with zero commission caps on how much you can earn.

Duties
- Lead and supervise teams across various locations to achieve operational goals and enhance performance.
- Develop and implement strategic plans that align with company objectives to drive business growth.
- Manage daily operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures while optimizing efficiency.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
- Oversee budget management, including profit and loss responsibilities for the area.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement among staff members.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with company standards and provide support to local management teams.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies that increase market share and drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in a managerial role, preferably in a multi-site environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.
- Solid understanding of profit loss management and financial acumen.
- Exceptional supervisory skills with a focus on team development and motivation.
- Experience in sales strategy development and execution is highly desirable.
- Strong strategic planning capabilities with a focus on long-term business development goals.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
