We are currently seeking a Senior Program Manager to support our National Science Foundation (NSF) customer.
Place of Performance: Silver Spring, MD
Start Date: Immediate
Clearance: National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & deliver Cyber training during annual IT Security and Privacy Conference to include:
- Efficiently use CSAM
- RMF Process/steps (NIST 800-37)
- Configuration Management Process
- Cloud-specific training
- Change Management Process
- Contingency Planning/Testing
- Assist with scheduling and work with the department, as needed, to provide updated specific role-based training
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Cyber Security related training experience
- IASAE Level III certification (Security , CISSP, CISM, or CCSP certification) Experience in developing & delivering roles-based security training content.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of NIST security controls and the Risk Management Framework (RMF)
- Understanding of system security concepts, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access controls
- High level knowledge of cloud computing and protection of data stored in the cloud. Experience with software development methodologies and lifecycle management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience leading an Enterprise-wide program with departmental stakeholders
- Ability to develop and implement a security program that align with strategic initiatives and emerging technologies
