We are a rapidly growing insurance agency that provides business insurance to companies within and around Phoenix, AZ. Our agency is team-oriented, and we believe that happy employees are productive and successful employees. We provide the tools, resources, training and whatever is necessary to set up an individual for success. After that, we expect our team members to do their very best to provide our customers with an outstanding and effortless experience to help our agency grow.
Your mission will be to help customers with their commercial insurance needs, as well as to identify other ways our agency can serve them. Your responsibility will also be to provide a high-level customer experience so they will continue to do business with us and tell others about how wonderful it is to work with our agency.

Skills and Experience needed to be successful :
Benefits : Salary between $32-$35k plus commission on new business premium written 15 PTO Days Matching 401K after 1 year of employment
