Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Owner to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data analytics and be capable of leading initiatives to drive product development. You will play a pivotal role in driving the product roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful execution of data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Roadmap Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to define, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap based on business objectives and customer needs.
Journey Mapping: Lead and facilitate journey mapping sessions, ensuring that the product experience is aligned with customer expectations and business goals.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and other key parties, ensuring clear communication and alignment of priorities.
Backlog Management: Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring user stories and requirements are clearly defined and prioritized for execution.
Data Analytics Focus: Leverage data analytics to inform product decisions and ensure the team is focused on delivering measurable business value.
Agile Methodology: Work closely with development teams in an agile environment, ensuring that user stories are well-defined and teams are empowered to deliver high-quality features.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to optimize product development workflows.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Product Owner, with a strong focus on data analytics and product lifecycle management.
Expertise in journey mapping and roadmapping for data-driven products.
Strong understanding of agile principles and experience working in agile teams.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with data analytics tools and techniques is a must.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in the healthcare or life sciences industry (if applicable).
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and other Agile project management tools.
