Job Description
Solis Applied Science is seeking Production Specialist GEOINT Analyst professionals – Senior level with experience focused on performing GEOINT services and product creation. The positions are in the Saint Louis, MO area.
Responsibilities :
The Geospatial Analyst is responsible for utilizing existing or new resources to produce GEOINT that addresses mission objectives. Data, tools, and techniques will be employed to create GEOINT supporting operational goals. Intelligence products will be stored and shared through NGA services and approved production systems. Relevant production data, including SOM and non-standard geospatial data, will be stored in accredited NGA systems.
Required Skills
- Must possess a current U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility (TS / SCI)
- Must be able to obtain a CI polygraph
- 10-14 years of experience in Imagery Analysis.
- Proven ability to produce NGA formal written products that require minimal to no editing, including but not limited to Cedalion database remarks, baseline descriptions, and GEOINT Notes .
- Proven ability to create non-standard products that require minimal to no editing, including but not limited to graphics, infographics, maps, and briefings.
- Perform multi-INT research to support or provide context for imagery analysis related to mission-specific issues.
- Proven understanding of geographic information science and technology, spatial thinking, remote sensing, intelligence topics, and both social and physical sciences to generate information, analyze events, and identify relationships and trends.
- Proven ability to generate descriptive and predictive analyses and effectively communicate findings through written, visual, and / or oral geospatial intelligence.
- In-depth knowledge of NTM, air-breathing, and civil / commercial sensors that provide both hardcopy and softcopy imagery.
- Knowledge of airborne, motion and full motion imagery.
- Proven expertise in applying ABI techniques relevant to the topic.
- Perform exploitation and analysis of GEOINT data within the Mideast AOS. The vendor must demonstrate substantial expertise in order of battle, regional issues, and tradecraft proficiency.
- Create text, graphics, and multimedia products that adhere to NGA production standards.
- Create, store, and manage mission-related SOM data in accordance with NGA content management standards.
- Support application of advanced analytics within analytic unit in the development of trend / pattern analysis.
- Support automation within work unit to include modeling, auto-tipping, and integration.
- Ensure discoverability and dissemination of GEOINT derived data consistent with NGA policy.
- Support customer and partner engagement to include briefings and preparation of materials.
