Job Description
Solis Applied Science is seeking a Senior level Exploitation Specialist - Analytical Methodologist professional with experience in facilitating and accelerating the adoption of Analytic Workflow Modernization (AWM), mathematical and statistical modeling, structured analysis techniques, appropriate scientific methods, Activity-Based Intelligence (ABI), Structured Observation Management (SOM), and Object-Based Production (OBP) within the analytical workforce. focused on conducting GEOINT data and intelligence methodology. Positions will be located in Northern Virginia area.
Responsibilities :
Senior Analytical methodologist shall support advanced analytic modeling, including modeling for tipping and queuing collection of focus areas, and assist analysts in developing strategies for data-centric research methods while automating existing workflows through modeling and scripting.
Required Skills
- Must possess a current U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility (TS / SCI)
- Must be able to obtain a CI polygraph
- Bachelor of Science degree in a quantitative discipline such as data science, mathematics, statistics, earth science, quantitative social sciences, geographic information science, computer science, physics, or a related field.
- Demonstrate experience using quantitative and qualitative techniques to solve complex problems using analytical tools and techniques such as GIS, quantitative methods and data visualization, modeling, systems analysis, comparative analysis, and database development.
- Demonstrate knowledge and experience in data mining, cleansing, and exploring spatial, temporal, and non-spatial data in both structured and unstructured formats.
- Demonstrate knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Javascript, SQL, Pig or R), modeling software, spatial analysis tools and concepts, data mining methods, database structures and analytic information extraction and visualization.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
