Production Specialist / Imagery Analyst - Senior
Solis Applied Science is seeking multiple Production Specialist GEOINT Analyst professionals with experience focused on performing GEOINT services and product creation. Position will be located in the Springfield, VA area.
Responsibilities
Services include researching databases, producing NGA imagery analysis products, and collaborating with NSG, ASG, IC, and other organizations to improve collection, research, analysis, and product generation. Imagery analysts are responsible for understanding intelligence requirements, conducting thorough analysis to address intelligence gaps, utilizing multiple imagery sources and intelligence, making structured observations, writing reports from foundational to finished intelligence, and effectively communicating findings in various settings.
Required Skills
- Must possess a current U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility (TS / SCI)
- Must be able to obtain a CI polygraph
- 7-10 years of experience in Imagery Analysis.
- Proven ability to produce NGA formal written products with minimal to no revisions, including Cedalion database remarks, baseline descriptions, and GEOINT Notes.
- Proven experience in creating non-standard products, such as graphics, infographics, maps, and briefings, with minimal to no revisions.
- Conduct multi-INT research to provide context or support for imagery analysis related to mission-specific issues.
- Solid understanding of geographic information science and technology, spatial reasoning, remote sensing, intelligence matters, and both social and physical sciences to generate information, characterize events, and identify relationships and trends.
- Proven capability to produce descriptive and predictive analyses and effectively communicate findings.
- In-depth knowledge of NTM, airborne, and civil / commercial sensors for providing both hardcopy and softcopy imagery.
- Familiarity with airborne, motion, and full-motion imagery.
- Proven expertise in AB! techniques relevant to the subject matter.
- Experience conducting exploitation and analysis of GEOINT data within the Mideast AOR.
- Capable of delivering text, graphics, and multimedia products that adhere to NGA production standards.
- Skilled in creating, storing, and managing mission-related SOM data in line with NGA content management standards.
- Support the application of advanced analytics in analytic units, focusing on trend and pattern analysis.
- Assist with work unit automation, including modeling, auto-tipping, and integration.
- Ensure discoverability and proper dissemination of GEOINT-derived data in compliance with NGA policies.
- Support customer and partner interactions, including preparing materials and delivering briefings.
