Job Description
Solis Applied Science is seeking a Exploitation Analyst professional – Mid level with experience focused on research, analyze, nominate and coordinate imagery requirements for collection, dissemination and exploitation for geospatial and intelligence needs. The position will be in the Northern Virginia area.
Responsibilities :
Possess expertise in requirements, collection, and performance management across intelligence disciplines. Analysts will develop and manage the Integrated GEOINT Strategy, incorporating multi-source and multi-INT capabilities into collection strategies, and ensure GEOINT requests align with priorities. Analysts will promote efficient collection strategies, work with data providers, and ensure timely delivery of GEOINT data. Proficiency in tasking tools for special view collection, MDI tasking, and ad-hoc collection tasking, as well as improving collection system usability, is required.
Required Skills
- Must possess a current U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility (TS / SCI)
- Must be able to obtain a CI polygraph
- 5-10 years of experience in Imagery Source Operations.
- Proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering operations research applications (including databases, websites, tools, and products) that are geospatially enabled to address a wide range of intelligence challenges.
- Skilled in using advanced programming techniques and technologies, including HTML5 / JavaScript, ArcObjects, Python, Model Builder, Oracle, SQL, GIScience, Geospatial Analysis, Statistics, ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Server, Arc SDE, ArcIMS, SPSS, and SAS.
- Experienced in customizing ArcGIS templates, managing ArcGIS Portals, and tailoring ESRI StoryMap templates.
- Proficient in programming with .NET, Python, C , and / or Java for web interface development and geodatabase management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with concurrent deadlines in fast-paced environments, with availability to work across multiple shifts when needed.
- Experienced in providing visual information support and utilizing a broad range of graphic arts for effective communication.
- Skilled in overseeing web pages and developing web-based methodologies for reporting and disseminating intelligence products.
- Expert in applying technical knowledge to visualize, publish, and share critical data layers and analyses related to ICBM and nuclear weapons equipment, network nodes, vulnerabilities, and overall network structure.
- Experienced in supporting the creation of comprehensive NGA geospatial intelligence products and presentations using professional graphic production and publishing software.
- Knowledge of regional issues in Asia and / or experience with mobility and logistical network analysis.
