Your mission includes championing the core principles of clinical excellence: visualization (isolation techniques), minimization (efficient movements, process simplification, and resource conservation), and productivity (proactivity and provider-focused support). In addition to your clinical expertise, you’ll bring exceptional multitasking abilities, seamlessly balancing tasks, priorities, and deadlines. Whether it’s contributing to a team meeting, assisting with office operations like answering phones or unpacking supplies, or supporting colleagues, you’ll embody the spirit of teamwork with grace and adaptability.
We’re not just looking for a dental assistant—we’re looking for an indispensable asset. You’ll bring a high school diploma or GED (required), strong computer skills, and handwriting as clear as your patient care notes. A CODA-accredited dental assisting certification and at least five years of hands-on experience are preferred, while additional qualifications—like certifications in Radiology, Sealants, Coronal Polishing, or fluency in multiple languages—are welcome bonuses.
