Technical Engagement Advisor (TEA) – Service Delivery and Support (SDS)

Job Summary:
The Technical Engagement Advisor (TEA) is a key member of the Service Delivery and
Support (SDS) team, responsible for coordinating and managing technical service delivery
to clients. The TEA ensures seamless implementation by aligning stakeholders, creating
structured project plans, and defining technical requirements for successful service
implementation. This role requires strong project management expertise, effective
communication skills, and a deep understanding of enterprise security technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the service implementation
process, ensuring clarity and alignment across all stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, defining technical milestones and acceptance
criteria.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Security Operations, Engineering, and
Sales, to facilitate seamless service implementation.
• Gather and document customer requirements, translating them into actionable
technical specifications.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and mitigations to both internal
and external stakeholders.
• Ensure services are deployed efficiently while adhering to security best practices
and compliance requirements.
• Assist in identifying and resolving implementation challenges, escalating issues to
technical teams when necessary.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by documenting lessons learned and
refining onboarding processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong project management experience, including coordination of technical teams
in complex IT environments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey
technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with security technologies such as SIEM, EDR, SOAR, XDR, and
enterprise deployment solutions.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and operate in both proactive and reactive
capacities.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, CISSP, ITIL, or cloud security credentials
(AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
• Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2).
• Familiarity with scripting and automation for IT workflows.
• Proficiency in creating documentation such as functional designs, technical
specifications, and service definitions.
• Solid understanding of enterprise IT, cloud architecture, networking, and security
tools.
