Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to our team by managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing meeting materials.
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records, including files and documents.
- Handle tasks with a high level of attention to detail, such as proofreading and editing documents.
- Serve as a personal assistant to our staff, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and performing other administrative tasks.
- Contract Entry or Closings
- Demonstrate proficiency in computer literacy and Spanish language skills is a plus.
- Organize and maintain our office space, ensuring a clean and efficient environment.
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
- High level of computer literacy.
