SPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Sufficient communication skills to answer guest questions
- Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Ideal team members should excel at time management and attention to detail
- Desire and ability to work in varying weather conditions for extended periods of time including hot/cold temperatures, inclement weather, and moving between indoor and outdoor environments
- Capable of stepping, climbing, kneeling, squatting, and reaching above shoulders as needed.
- Should be capable of lifting 50lbs.
- Must be able to meet and/or exceed satisfactory performance levels in all duties as assigned
- Maintain a clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Have reliable transportation to get to work or participate in carpooling.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Clean public facilities according to company standards and within required time frames
- Stock, organize, and maintain all supplies and tools needed for the job with great care and attention to detail.
- Use all materials, chemicals, and tools safely to avoid injury, waste, unnecessary damage, or accidents
- Continuous collection of trash and debris
- Transport trash and waste to designated disposal area
- Communicate in a pleasant and respectful manner with fellow employees and guests
- Notify Manager of incidents, accidents, injuries, and property damage as soon as it occurs
- Lift and transport equipment such as stages, audio and visual equipment, dance floors etc. per each event need.
- Set up and tear down for all public and private events
