Responsibilities
Culinary Operations:
- Assist in menu development and execution, incorporating seasonal and local
- Supervise food preparation and presentation to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with resort standards.
- Collaborate on daily specials and unique offerings to enhance the dining experience.
- Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
- Manage staff schedules to maintain optimal coverage during peak and off-peak hours.
- Act as the kitchen leader in the absence of the Chef.

- Enforce compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Monitor inventory, ensuring efficient use of supplies and minimizing waste.
- Coordinate with vendors to manage food orders, maintaining quality and cost control.

- Address and resolve any kitchen-related guest concerns in a professional manner.
