As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of inside sales representatives to drive revenue growth through strategic business development and effective sales techniques. Duties
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the customer base and achieve sales goals
- Lead and motivate the inside sales team to meet and exceed performance targets
- Conduct warm calling and telemarketing activities to generate leads and close sales
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns that drive sales
- Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to enhance the team's sales skills
- Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to optimize performance and identify areas for improvement
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, business development, or related field
- Strong understanding of technical sales and technology products/services
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to lead a team effectively and drive results through motivation and coaching
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and building client relationships
