Major Job Duties and Responsibilities : :
1. Design and develop automotive parts and accessories and collaborate with customers and suppliers.
- Study and calculate production cost according to customer RFQ.
- Create 3D CAD data and 2D drawing with Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T), Finite Element Method (FEM), and Production capabilities.
- Chose parts material
- Design structure of automotive parts.
- Create Design Verification Plan and Report (DVPR) and manage the schedule.
- Create Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (DFMEA)
- Solve design issue with customers and suppliers.
2. Manage automotive parts and accessories and collaborate with customers and suppliers.
