What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Analyst --EXCEL--3504 position at Solize USA Corporation?
Support R&D budget development, analysis, reporting, information management.
Responsibilities include:
Monthly data processing (Expense and Workload)
Clean up data and enter into company systems after budget authorization
Coordinate meetings with other organizations and executives
Prepare and distribute documents (Power Point, Meeting Notes, Emails to BU managements)
Save official documents in designated place
Other Data Management Support
Required Qualifications:
MS Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, Sharepoint intermediate skill.
Experience with SAP i.e Reporting Analytics / BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation)
Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Ability to work independently.
Desired Qualifications:
Teams/SharePoint: Maintaining workspaces, files/folders, permissions.
A minimum of 2 years on-the-job experience. Completion of vocational training program may be substituted for 1 year of experience. High School/GED level reading, communication, math and problems solving skills required to perform administrative support work.
